At Oxtools, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a clear and simple return and exchange process. Please read through our policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- The product must not show signs of damage or wear from use, unless it is a defective product.
- The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.
2. Non-Defective Product Returns
If you are returning a non-defective product, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets our return criteria, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).
3. Defective Product Returns
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at Contact@oxtools.store. We will cover the return shipping costs for defective items, and once we confirm the defect, we will provide a full refund or offer a replacement, depending on your preference and stock availability.
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at Contact@oxtools.store with your order number and the reason for the return. If applicable, please include photos of any defects or damages.
- Return Authorization: Once we receive your return request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. You may be required to use a specific shipping method for returns.
- Return Shipping: For non-defective returns, you are responsible for the return shipping costs. For defective products, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.
- Refund Processing: After we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for items that are the same price or of equal value. If you would like to exchange a product, please contact us at Contact@oxtools.store within 30 days of purchase, and we will assist you with the exchange process.
- If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will offer a refund instead.
- Return shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part.
6. Refunds
Once your return is processed and approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds for non-defective returns will exclude shipping costs, as they are non-refundable. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
Please note:
- It may take 5-7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Any promotional discounts or gift cards used in your purchase will be refunded as per their original terms.
7. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order if it has not yet been processed or shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at Contact@oxtools.store. Once an order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may return the item for a refund or exchange in accordance with our return policy.
8. International Returns
For international orders, please note that:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees on returned items. These are the responsibility of the customer.
9. Exceptions to Return Policy
We do not accept returns on the following products:
- Items that have been used or damaged after delivery (unless defective).
- Custom-made or personalized products (if applicable).
- Gift cards or downloadable products (if applicable).
